Donna is a professional engineer and asset management (AM) consultant with significant experience with AM strategic planning, frameworks, systems and data, whole of government AM Plans, and asset status reports.
Elaine has over 20 years of experience developing, implementing and applying
decision-making optimization techniques, a passion that began with her Masters and PhD in infrastructure planning. She has helped municipalities across Ontario develop Asset Management (AM) Strategies, Policies and Plans for all asset types, including parks, trees, roads, buildings, stormwater systems, water
and wastewater systems, solid waste services, vehicles and technology assets.
Akeel has worked with municipal/private sector clients to complete AM assignments in Ontario, British Columbia, Saskatchewan, Alberta, and Quebec. These initiatives and projects include the development of: AM Plans, AM Strategies, Risk Management Strategies, AM Policies, AM Governance Models, Maintenance Management Plans, AM System Requirements, Lifecycle Management Strategies and more.
